Why Sri Lanka works as a founder base

Founder coliving in Sri Lanka for ocean-loving remote workers.

Sri Lanka is the dream location for surfers and ocean lovers who do not want to sacrifice good internet. Work from the south coast, surf before your first call and come home to a founder house with the rhythm and connection to keep building.

Surf before the first call.

Ocean days

Surf before the first call.

Wake up close to warm water, uncrowded beaches and the kind of morning that makes a focused workday feel possible. Surf, swim, snorkel or simply take the long way home.

A whole island to explore.

Beyond the coast

A whole island to explore.

Sri Lanka gives you more than a beautiful view: wildlife, tea country, jungle roads, temples and inland adventures are all within reach when the house has become your base.

Good food, deep rest, real life.

A softer rhythm

Good food, deep rest, real life.

Shared meals, local food, Ayurveda and generous everyday hospitality make it easier to leave the laptop behind. The island supports the balance the work needs.

Why this island, why now

A winter base, not another stopover.

Sri Lanka pairs a growing digital nomad community with a life that still feels close to nature. Along the south coast, you can find coworking, wellness events, movement classes, good food, community dinners and nightlife without giving up focused work or slow mornings by the ocean.

Come for the island. Stay for the people.

Built for working founders

Beautiful places where teamwork makes the dream work.

The houses are designed around a longer stay, not a weekend escape. You keep your own room, your work rhythm and your privacy while sharing the parts of life that make a base feel like home.

Private room and work setup

Room types, desks and amenities vary by homebase. The application helps us match the setup to your needs.

At least one month together

A longer stay gives the house time to build trust, shared habits and continuity.

Shared meals and house rhythm

The Beach Homebase includes breakfast and dinner. The Jungle Homebase includes one community dinner each week.

Shared house rhythm

Each homebase has its own rhythm for shared life, community and focused work. Exact included activities are shown on the homebase and room details before you apply.
